On Being Kind

The Dalai Lama is quoted as saying, “My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.” In the Bible, kindness and patience are said to be aspects of love (1 Corinthians 13:4). A Course in Miracles also teaches that Love is kind. Love is our ultimate Reality and the Course says, “Reality is safe and sure, and wholly kind to everyone and everything” (T-16.II.8:6-7). In this blog post, I present a perspective on kindness inspired by A Course in Miracles.
